Our management fee varies by coverage area and starts at 8.00% + GST, still well below the market average of around 10%. It covers everything: rent collection, maintenance coordination, routine inspections, and platform access. No renewal fees, no admin or statement fees, no EOFY charges. Your rate also automatically reduces the longer you stay with us, down to a lifetime floor of 7.25%.
