Our management fee varies by coverage area and starts at 8.00% + GST - still well below the market average of around 10%. It includes everything: rent collection, maintenance coordination, routine inspections, and platform access. There are no renewal fees, no admin or statement fees, and no EOFY charges. Your rate also automatically reduces the longer you stay with us, down to a lifetime floor of 7.25%.
