It covers everything: rent collection, maintenance coordination, routine inspections, and platform access. No renewal fees, no admin or statement fees, no EOFY charges. You get one dedicated relationship manager for your entire portfolio, no matter where your properties are located in Australia. We use our local networks and on-the-ground crews to coordinate inspections, maintenance, and lettings without you switching between agencies.
