Rentnest is a licensed property management company. Our property managers look after rental homes day to day, from leasing and rent collection to inspections, maintenance and compliance. We also build our own software, so owners can see rent and bills as they happen, tenants can pay rent and raise repairs in one place, and our team spends less time on admin and more time on your property.
About Rentnest
Property owners and investors with one rental or a whole portfolio. It suits owners who live away from their property, own in more than one area, or simply want to see what is happening without chasing their agent for updates.
For owners
You get one flat fee with no add-ons, a local team looking after your property and a live view of rent, bills and maintenance in the app instead of waiting for a monthly statement. Your rate drops the longer you stay, and we handle the whole handover from your current agent at no cost to you.

One flat percentage of rent, set for each coverage area. It covers rent collection, arrears, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, bills, statements and EOFY reports. There are no renewal, admin, statement or EOFY fees. Your rate drops by 0.25% each year you stay, up to 1% off.

Each coverage area has a local Rentnest team handling inspections, lettings and maintenance on the ground. If you own in more than one area, you still get one relationship manager and one dashboard for everything.

Yes. Every property manager looking after your home works for Rentnest. We don't hand your property to another agency or franchise. Your property manager and relationship manager are on the same team, using the same platform.
For owners
No. You apply online and sign the management agreement, then we give notice to your current agent and handle the handover. We collect the keys, rental ledger, condition reports and maintenance history. Your lease stays the same and Rentnest charges nothing to switch.
