How we keep your money and property safe.
Rentnest facilitates rent payments, owner payouts and contractor invoices every day. Before anyone uses the platform to move money, we confirm who they are and keep watching for anything unusual.
Why we verify everyone.
Property is a common target for fraud and money laundering. Fake bank detail changes, stolen identities and dirty money routed through rent are real risks. Knowing exactly who is on the other side of every payment is how we shut them out.
-
Every person is verified
Owners, tenants, entity controllers and contractors confirm their identity before any money moves.
-
Every payment is traceable
All payments are electronic and processed through Zai Australia, a licensed Australian payment provider.
-
Every change is checked
New bank accounts, owners or controllers trigger a fresh check before funds are released.
What we collect. And from whom.
